| 摘 要： | 介绍了板带热轧轧制润滑工艺的机理，分析了润滑油的性能及轧制润滑的使用效果。选择以普碳钢为材质，从轧制力、能耗、轧辊磨损情况等方面进行试验，得出采用工艺润滑后，轧制力降低、轧制量增加且轧辊表面及板形有了明显的改善。
