大型海上风电场并网对配电网的影响探讨

摘    要:大型海上风电场并网会因其本身具有的特点而给电力系统的运行带来新的问题。以上海东海大桥海上风电场为对象,分析了大型海上风电场并网的接线方式,并网与短路容量、电能质量、无功功率以及继电保护的关系,并以上海南汇风电场的运行经验为参考,对东海大桥海上风电场并网对电网调度的影响进行了探讨。

Abstract:On account of its special feature,large offshore grid-connect wind farm will bring new problems to the operation of electric power system.Given Shanghi Donghai Bridge offshore wind farm as an example,grid-connected connection mode,grid-connected and short-circuit capacity,power quality,reactive power and relay protection for a large offshore wind farm are analyzed.With the operation experience referred to Shanghai Nanhui wind farm,its influence on network dispatching is discussed.
