高血压左心功能常规指标与声学定量技术比较

为了将反映高血压患者心功能的常规指标与声学定量技术（Acoustic Quantification,AQ）指标进行比较分析,评价高血压左心功能变化,将实验对象分为对照组30例和高血压病组45例,将高血压组分成非肥厚组和肥厚组;对各组进行了常规心功能指标及AQ检测。各组间DBP、LVM、LVMI、IVS、IVPW、LA有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。与对照组相比,非肥厚组与肥厚组的VE/VA及RF/AF降低,AFF及LVESV增加（P〈0.05）。与对照组相比,肥厚组RFF降低,PAFR、LVEDV及OAFV增加（P〈0.05）。常规心功能指标中EF同AQ指标中EF进行非配对T检验,显示前者低于后者（P〈0.05）。实验结果表明,AQ技术作为一种新的能评价舒张功能障碍的新方法,可视为常规超声心动图指标的补充,结合此两种方法可有效提高临床诊断左心室舒张功能异常。

Comparison between conventional index and acoustic quantification technique of hypertensive left ventricular function
