| 摘 要： | 某进口氮压机因四级振动超标联锁停车,开机检查后发现四级扩压器脱落、磨损,三级叶轮磨损。对故障原因进行分析后,提出修复方案。经5天抢修后顺利开车,运行正常。

| Abstract: | A chain shutdown took place due to the excess vibration at the fourth stage of an imported nitrogen compressor.The examination revealed that the fourth stage diffuser fell off and was abraded,and the third stage impeller was also abraded.Based on cause analysis of the malfunction,the corresponding repairing scheme was proposed.After 5 days' reparation,the plant was successfully started up,and operated regularly. |
