生物质压缩颗粒的燃烧特性

摘    要:采用TG-DTG热分析技术对麦秸、玉米秸、胶合板粉粒和松木粒4种生物质压缩颗粒的燃烧特性进行了实验研究,考察了其着火及燃尽特性,结合前人提出的综合燃烧特性指数,提出用相对失重速率进行计算.结果表明:生物质压缩颗粒与煤相比,其着火与燃尽温度均较低,燃烧迅速且集中;与生物质粉末相比,其固定碳的燃烧更平稳,燃烧时间延长.4种物质之中,松木粒综合燃烧特性最好,玉米秸最差.

Abstract:Four samples of biomass pellets,made from wheat straw,corn straw,plywood powder and pine powder,were analyzed on their combustion properties through the TG-DTG technology.The ignition and burn-out characters and the integrated combustion properties of each sample were studied.An integrated combustion indes,S,was modified to evaluate the combustion properties.To calculate this indes,"relative weight loss velocity" was adopted instead of the "absolute weight loss velocity".Results show that compared with coal,the biomass pellets have the relative lower ignition and burn-out temperature and faster combustion rate;compared with biomass powder,the combustion of fix carbon in the biomass pellets is more stable and the combustion time is longer.Among the four samples,the combustion properties of the pine pellets are the best,while that of the corn straw pellets are the worst.
