哈萨克斯坦油砂干馏实验研究

摘    要:采用干馏技术对哈萨克斯坦油砂进行常压千馏实验研究,考察了千馏时间、加热速率、干馏终温等因素对油砂分离的影响。实验结果表明,在干馏时间4h,加热速率5℃/min10℃/min,终温500℃条件下,油砂热解产率可达90%以上,可以实现较好的热解效果,因此采用千馏技术进行油砂分离具有工业开发价值。

Abstract:The atmospheric pressure dry distillation experimental study is done on the Kazakhstan oil sands. Dry distillation time, heating rate, final heating temperature, and other factors' impact on the separation of oil sands are studied. The results show that the yield of the product could be better under the optimum conditions: the dry distillation time is 4h, heating rate is 5℃/min ~ 10℃/min, the final heating temperature is 500℃. Under such conditions, the oil sands pyrolysis rate is up to 90%, and can achieve better pyrolysis results. So dry distillation technology can be used in oil sands separation and it has the value of industrial development.
