摘    要:利用射流力学理论建立了最优振动频率关系式,并将它应用到了UO2燃料微球工艺中,最优频率的计算值与实验值较符合。分析了空气密度、胶液粘度、胶液表面张力和胶液密度对最优振动频率的影响。结果表明,空气密度对频率影响很小,最优振动频率随胶液粘度的增大而减小,随胶液表面张力和胶液密度的增大而增大。

Abstract:The optimization formula of vibration frequency was found based on the jet theory in this study. It was applied to UO2 fuel microsphere production, and the calculated optimum vibration frequency well agrees on the experimental value. The effects of air density, the solution’s viscosity, the surface tension and density on optimum vibration frequency were analyzed. Air density’s effect is very little, however, optimum vibration frequency decreases with the solution’s viscosity increasing, and increases with the solution’s surface tension and the solution’s density increasing.
