摘    要:基于双水相萃取法在化工分离上的优点,研究了其应用于从白萝卜中快速提取过氧化物酶的可行性。结果表明,相对于传统盐析法,应用聚乙二醇/硫酸铵双水相萃取法从白萝卜中提取过氧化物酶具有快速、操作简单、提取率高、成本低及可以使生产规模化等优点。本研究对于过氧化物酶制剂的工业化生产或开发利用白萝卜等具有重要意义。

Abstract:Based on the advantage of aqueous two-phase extraction(ATPE) on chemical separation,its application to fast preparation of peroxidase(POD) from white turnip has been studied.Results indicated that poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG)/(NH_4)_2SO_4 system was quick and simple in extracting POD from white turnip with higher productivity and lower cost compared to conventional salting out.It was suitable to the practical production.
