H.264帧间预测编码块匹配模式的研究

H.264是一种适应于低码率传输的新一代视频压缩标准,在其编码技术中,运动估计是提高编码效率的关键。通过分析H.264编码过程,针对多模式的块匹配运动估计计算量巨大这一问题提出改进措施,并应用软件进行实验仿真。结果表明:在保证图像质量的情况下,降低了运算的复杂度,提高编码效率。

Study on block matching pattern of H.264 interframe prediction encoding

The H.264 was a kind of new generation video compression standard,which adapted to the low code rate transmission.In its coding technique,in order to increase coding efficiency,motion estimation is the key.This paper analyzed the H.264 coding process,proposed the improvement measure in view of huge calculation of the multi-patterns block mating motion estimation,and carried on the experimental simulation with software.The result indicated that under the situation of guaranteeing the image quality,it reduced the complex degree of calculating,and enhanced the coding efficiency.
