| 摘 要： | 混凝土泵车臂架工况繁多,获取泵车臂架疲劳载荷谱对臂架疲劳分析具有重要意义。进行混凝土泵车臂架多工况载荷谱采集试验以获取载荷谱,并进行雨流分析,统计处理,通过假设检验获取载荷谱分布规律。根据载荷谱对臂架造成的损伤进行整合编制,同时考虑载荷谱作用顺序效应和相互作用效应,提出一种全寿命载荷谱编制的方法。利用该方法编制载荷谱进行疲劳分析计算,并与实际故障信息作对比,所得计算结果与实际故障吻合。

| Abstract: | There arc various work conditions for the boom frame of a concrete pump track so it is very important for fatigue analysis to obtain fatigue load spectrum of the boom frame. Collection test for load spectrums are conducted under various work conditions of the boom frame of a concrete pump truck. Rain-flow analysis and statistic treatment are also carried out.
