摘    要:应用等效磁偶极子法对预焙铝电解槽的磁场进行了三维数值计算 ,与实测值比较 ,表明计算结果较为准确 ,可以满足铝电解槽母线设计时的磁场仿真计算的要求。应用自编软件对某厂 82kA预焙槽的磁场分布进行了计算分析 ,表明由自焙槽改预焙槽时 ,采用第三点补偿母线的方式是可取的。

Abstract:The magnetic dipole method was used to calculate the magnetic field distribution in prebake anode aluminum reduction cells.By the comparison between calculating results and measuring results,it is shown that the results calculated by applying magnetic dipole method is comparatively precise and meet the need of designing aluminum reduction cells'bus-bar.The software developed by the present authors is used to calculate the tridimensional magnetic field in 82 kA aluminum reduction cells,the results indicate that it is available to adopt bus-bar with three end risers in reforming from self-bake anode aluminum reduction cells to prebake anode aluminum reduction cells.
