常规热轧带钢轧机粗轧工序轧制工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了一种新的常规热轧带钢轧机粗轧工序的轧制工艺与设备组成,并与现有的几种半连续式轧制工艺在生产能力、带坯温度、轧线长度等方面进行了计算、分析和比较,该串列式双机架可逆式粗轧机组能缩短粗轧区的轧线长度,节省占地和投资,提高粗轧机组产能,既适用于新建项目,又适用于采用单机架可逆式粗轧机的旧厂扩产改造。

Abstract:A new rolling process and equipment composition of roughing zone of conventional hot strip rolling was introduced.It was compared with several semi-continuous rolling processes on productivity,transfer bar temperature and the length of rolling line.The length of roughing zone and the investment could be reduced, and the capacity of mills could be increased by using this new process of tandem reversing double stands.It not only suit for building new production line but also for expansion productivity reformation of old factory with single stand reversible mill.
