摘    要:提出了一种在高空对流层中进行风力发电的新方法。对高空风况的研究表明,高空中风能这中达到地表面的100倍,风向、风速稳定、适合风力发电。介绍了新型悬空风力发电平台及样机在地面和低空实验研究的情况,并给出了实验结果。

Abstract:This paper describes a new means of generating electricity using upper atmospneric winds.Investigation of weather records shows that wind power density at altitude can be around two orders of magnitude higher than that near the ground.The winds at altitude are also more persistent.The paper describes the new system and show preliminary experimental result.
