摘    要:针对水电机组振动监测的多样性和复杂性,运用PXI总线仪器和LahVIEW可视化的虚拟仪器系统开发平台,设计并组建水电机组振动监测系统。该系统实现了水电机组的振动信号的自动采集,并能通过计算机进行振动信号的处理和分析。实际应用证明,这种基于LahVIEW和PXI技术的水电机组在线振动监测系统具有很强的灵活性和可扩展性。

Abstract:In consideration of the diversity and the complication of on-line vibration monitoring for hydroelectric generating set, a on-line vibration monitoring system for hydroelectric generating set is built with the aid of PXI instrument and LabVIEW which is a visual virtual instruments system development platform. This system can carry out automatic date acquisition of vibration signals of the hydroelectric generating set, and date processing and analyzing by computer. Practical application proves that the system possesses strong flexibility and expandability.
