| 摘 要： | 行业化是ERP的重要发展方向之一,对行业版ERP构建策略下的软件企业机构与过程组织模式进行研究,是成功构建行业版ERP的前提和保证,为此,提出了适于行业版ERP构建策略的软件企业机构组织形式,进而提出基于行业版ERP构建策略的管理软件企业的3类基本过程,并分析了它们之间的关系.

| Abstract: | Industry orientation is one of the important development directions of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The research on the structure and process organization of software vendors which are adopting or will adopt industry version oriented ERP constructing strategy is the premise and guarantee of successfully constructing industry version ERP system. A structure organization pattern and three different basic processes for software vendors adopting industry version oriented ERP constructing strategy are put forward in this paper. The relations among these three basic processes are analyzed. |
