复杂薄壁件装夹变形控制研究

摘    要:针对复杂铝合金薄壁体装夹定位方式较难选定、变形量较大及产品废品率较高等问题,采用Ansys有限元分析了不同装夹方式下工件变形位移量和变形应力绝对值。通过分析装夹变形的影响因素,借助数学建模、理论分析、数值模拟等手段,采用Ansys有限元对其力学模型进行探讨,通过这些力学模型,建立薄壁件的有限元模型;比较不同装夹方式下工件的变形位移量及应力绝对值大小。分析表明,在狭长面采用整个面夹紧方式,工件的变形量最小,从而有效减小薄壁件的变形量,保证加工质量。

Research on Fixture Deformation of the Complex Aluminum Thin-walled Parts

Abstract:According to the problems of difficult selecting position ways,large deformation and high rate of the complex aluminum alloy thin-wall parts;the deformation displacements and absolute values of deformation stress under different clamping way were analyzed by Ansys finite element analysis. The influence factors of clamping deformation were analyzed by mathematics mode, theoretical model and computer simulation. The cutting force model was researched by Ansys finite element analysis. At the same time, the finite model of the thin-wall part was built, the deformation displacements and absolute values of deformation stress were prepared. The results showed that the deformation displacements of part are minimum in the long and narrow surface by clamping way across the surface. It can decrease the deformation of the thin-walled part and ensure its quality.
