| 摘 要： | 针对烧结法氧化铝生产流程中的生料浆配料过程的工艺特点,将PSO算法应用在配料过程中的原料分配优化问题中,并构造了惩罚函数来处理配料过程中的各种约束条件.基于PSO算法的优化控制不仅可以保证生料浆的各项工艺指标达到设定值,同时可以保证配料成本最低.在某氧化铝厂的应用结果表明,该优化控制可以取代传统的人工配料生产方式,提高了生料浆各项工艺指标的合格率,降低了配料成本,实现了优化配料,取得了显著的应用效益.
