主动式液压伺服隔振系统的研究

摘    要:针对舰船柴油机的振动隔离问题,本文对液压伺服隔振系统反馈控制理论进行了研究,建立了双层隔振系统的理论模型,用传递函数分析法推导出系统力传递率,在系统稳定的基础上,对系统在各种反馈参数条件下及不同的反馈增益条件下的振动主动控制性能进行了计算机仿真,结果表明,在低频和宽带激扰条件下,采用上层质量速度,下层质量位移和下层质量速度变量组合反馈,可以获得令人满意的隔振效果。

Active Hydraulic Servo Vibration Isolation Mounting
Abstract:As far as the issue of vibration isolating of ship, this paper studies the feedback control theory of hydraulic servo isolation mounting and sets up the theory model of two_stage isolation mounting. The force transfer rate of the system is deduced by the transfer function analytical method. On the basis of system stability the computer simulation of active vibration control performance is made for various variables and various feedback gain values. It is shown by analysis results that the combined variable method based on super stratum mass absolute velocity, substrate mass absolute position and substrate mass absolute velocity variables has an effective vibration isolation property even in the low and wide frequencies.
