| 摘 要： | 介绍车削中心数控加工动画仿真模块的开发过程，以Windows95为开发平台，利用MierosoftVisualC 6.0开发工具和MFC类库进行程序编制，可以仿真机床的实际加过程，并得到零件加工结果；可以在仿真中对仿真过程进行实时控制；可以判断诸如刀具与机床干涉等错误。利用本软件可以检查数控加工程序中的错误，减少了用试切方法检查所带来的不便和对材料的浪费。

| Abstract: | Introduces how to develop the simula tion software module for NC processing of lathe cen-ter.Based on Windows 95and developed with Microsoft Visual C ++6.0and MFC,it can simulate the actual processing and present the final result.with this softwate,you c an control the simulation process an d judge if there is collision between t ools and lathe,so as to veritfy NC program;s validity.You can also exa mine the NC program with the aid of this software to avoid the inconvenience and material waste of other methods. |
