异丁烷脱氢催化剂的研究进展

摘    要:介绍了用于异丁烷脱氢反应的催化剂体系,即无氧脱氢催化剂体系和有氧脱氢催化剂体系。无氧脱氢催化剂操作条件苛刻,积碳失活快,而反应的选择性较高;有氧脱氢催化剂操作温度低,但深度氧化造成了目的产物的选择性差。对比了两种催化剂体系中采用不同活性组分的催化剂催化性能的差异。介绍了膜反应器在异丁烷脱氢反应中的应用,膜反应器能将生成的氢气迅速地分离,提高反应的转化率,并提出了可能的反应机理

Abstract:The paper referred to extensive application of isobutene as one of petrochemical raw materials. Catalytic dehydrogenation of isobutane is an important route to produce isobutene. Two catalyst systems, namely non-oxidative and oxidative dehydrogenation catalyst systems were reviewed. The former system was operated under rigorous conditions and the catalysts deactivate in a short period of time because of carbon deposition. The latter was operated under moderate conditions, but deep oxidation led to lower selectivity of isobutene. The performance of catalysts with different active components in each system was compared. Application of membrane reactors was specially introduced, in which hydrogen produced can be selectively removed quickly and the reaction shifted to the right. The possible mechanism of the reaction was shown.
