| 摘 要： | 防水工程是建筑工程中一个十分重要的环节。在教育部综合办公楼的屋面工程中，我们调整了传统的屋面材料，采用了一种新型防水保温材料——双组分聚胺脂硬泡体防水材料，取得了良好的防水效果及经济效益。本文就此材料的技术性能、施工准备及具体操作过程、质量验收要求等方面问题做了详细的介绍，并进行了合理的经济分析。
