优质KTP晶体腔内有效倍频效率及损耗的研究

摘    要:本文报道一种高效内倍频Nd:YVO4/KTP激光器的输出特性以及优质KTP晶体腔内有效倍频效率和损耗的研究结果。在泵浦功率为19W时获得了5.85W的连续绿光输出,相应的光-光转换效率为30.8%。研究表明,优质KTP晶体腔内有效倍频效率超过70%,最高达到74.1%;而其损耗仅为0.007cm^-1。

Abstract:The output characteristics of an effic ient end-pumped Nd:YVO 4/KTP laser,along with the effective iintracavity doubling efficiency and losses of a highly-pure KTP crystal,have been investiga ted.A maximum SHG power of 5.85 W was obtained at the incident pump power of 19 W,leading to an optical conversion efficiency of 30.8 %.It was found that the ef fective intracavity doubling efficiency exceeded 70 % in most of the pump power range,and a maximum value of 74.1 % was reached.It was also found that the losse s of the highly-pure KTP crystal were merely 0.007 cm -1.
