摘    要:在简要综述水环境承载力概念的基础上,分析其影响因素及量化评价方法并确立相应的评价指标体系。采用向量模法评价北京市2000~2005年水环境承载力水平,计算表明北京市水环境承载力水平较低,但呈逐年改善趋势,评价值由0.385升至0.644。水资源紧缺是制约北京市发展的重要原因,在通过流域外调水等方式增加水资源供给量的同时,必须继续大力推进节水工作。

Water environmental carrying capacity evaluation in Beijing City with vector norm method

Abstract:The concept of water environmental carrying capacity and its factors and quantitative evaluation methods are discussed. An evaluation index system was established and applied in the evaluation of water environmental carrying capacity in Beijing City from 2000 to 2005 with vector norm method. The results indicate that the water environmental carrying capacity of Beijing remained low, but increased year by year, from 0.385 in 2000 to 0.644 in 2005. Water resources shortage is the key factor restricting the development of Beijing. It is necessary to enhance water conservation as well as to enlarge the supply of water resources from other regions.
