多自由度包络铣削异形螺杆接触迹分析

摘    要:阐述了无瞬心包络法加工异形螺杆的工艺方法周向包络法。依据联动控制的轴数不同,分析了三自由度刀具毫安装角和四自由度刀具变安装角数控包络铣削螺杆的运动控制。通过对两种运动控制加工方式的比较,研究盘铣刀无瞬心包络加工异形螺杆其刀具安装角及其刀尖圆角半径变化对接触迹的影响规律,揭示了刀具变安装角加工方式和不同刀尖圆角半径对接触迹影响程度。以便选择合适的加工刀具及其安装角,利于提高螺杆加工的质量和效率。
