| Abstract: | In cases of unbalanced three phase line capacitances, arc-extinguishing coil grounding and single phase resistance grounding, this paper determined briefly the phasor positions of neutral potential and its value can be expressed by the mean square value of three phase-to-ground voltages, no matter where the neutral potential vector stays. |
