摘    要:介绍了利用碳纳米管代替传统的硅材料研制分子整流器这一重要的电子元器件的进展状况.着重分析了现阶段利用碳纳米管大量研制分子元器件及纳米电路所面临的困难,并对碳纳米管整流器件的应用前景作了展望.

Abstract:Research progress in making molecular rectifier,an important electronic element,by carbon nanotubes instead of traditional silicon materials is reviewed in this paper. Current difficulties of using nanotubes to make molecular elements and nanocircuits on large-scale are emphatically analyzed, and potential applications of nanotube rectifiers are suggested.
