摘    要:在设计多层多导体系统时,通常采用快速多极子算法、直线法等来计算多层多导体系统的电容电感矩阵,其计算量随着系统介质分界面数量的增加而增加.利用时域有限差分法,推导出单元网格内的等效介电常数公式,给出了用等效介电常数研究多层多导体系统的几种简化模型,以及用HFSS得到的仿真结果.等效介电常数的引入简化了多层多导体系统的模型,从而减少了用快速多极子算法、直线法等来提取多层多导体系统电容电感矩阵时的计算量.

Abstract:In the design of complexity multilayed multiconductor system, matrices of the capacitance and inductance are usually calculated using the fast multipole method, method of line and so on. When the number of interfaces between different mediums increases, the computational complexity will mount up. In this paper, the formula of equivalent permittivity is calculated by FDTD. A few simplified models are presented using the formula of equivalent permittivity in this paper. The simulation results using HFSS are given. Using equivalent permittivity will simplify the model of multilayed multiconductor system. It will reduce the computational complexity relative to using other methods.
