| Abstract: | The paper summarizes the definition of the risk and the purposes of the risk management in enterprises,analyzes the management risks encountered by the ready-mix concrete enterprises,points out the strategies of preventing theses risks in the ready-mix concrete enterprises so as to improve the system of the risk management in concrete enterprises and to strengthen the enterprises' understanding and the capability to avoid the management risks. |
