摘    要:本文介绍了用食盐浓度法测流的化学测试技术,方法是取已知稀释倍数(R+)的一定体积的标准混合液,并测出完全沉淀Cl~-所需AgNO_3溶液的毫升数b,再测出原水所需的AgNO_3毫升数(a),由(R+1)(b-a)求出(c-a),将(c-a)同(b-a)进行回归,得到具有截距为A和斜率为B的回归方程,即(c-a)′=A+B(b-a)。然后,把未知稀释倍数的混合液所需的A NO_3的b值测出来,并将(b-a)值代入得到的回归方程求出(c-a)′值,用(c-a)′/(b-a)即可求出该混合液的稀释倍数。本技术测得的稀释倍数相当准确,用科学计算器可迅速计算出稀释倍数。注入液的流量一经测出即可用(R+1)′q计算出泵的总流量(QP)。


A Chemical Testnig Technique of Liquid Flow Measurement by Using Brine Concentration Method
Abstract:The chemical te ting technique of liquid flo measurement by brine concentration method is described in this paper. The method is to take a certain volume of standard mixtu e of the known foll number of dilution, detesmine the millil■ters cf AgNO_3 sclution (■enoted by b) required for complete precipitation of chloride ior, and also determi■e the milliliters of AgNO_3 solution ('e■o' ed by a) requined for original ■a e■. The alue of (c-a)is calcula■el from (■+1)(b-a), and then regie ■(c-a)■ith(b-a), we can obtain the line■eg■ession equation with the inte cept A and the ■l pe B, viz (c-a)'=A+B(b-a). Subsequen■ly, the value b of Ag O_3 solution required for the mix ure of the unknown fold number of dilution is determined, and the value of(b-a)is substiiuted into the regression equation just obtained to calculate the value (c-a)'. We can calculate the fold number of dilution of the mixture by (c-a)'/(b-a).The fold number of dilution determined by this technique is very accurate, and the calculation of the fold number of dilution is quick by using a rcientific ca■calator. As soon as the flow of injection liquid (q) is measured, the total flow of pimp (Q_p) can be ca culated by (R+1)'q.
