| Abstract: | This thesis employs the theory "L1 negative transfer" concerning L2 acquisition to investigate L1 influence on Chinese EFL learners' syntactical output through a perspective of translation in terms of the Questionnaire designed by Shu Mei from Queen University, trying to clarify the causes of it and put forward some strategies to surmount it. |
