| 摘 要： | 将有限元数值方法引入摆动辗压工艺的研究之中，对环形件摆动辗压变形进行了三维刚塑性有限元分析，给出了环形件摆动辗压接触区域的压力分布，符合摆辗变形的实际情况，对摆辗生产环类件具有重要的指导意义．

| Abstract: | The FEM is used to analyze the rotary forging process. The deformation of a ring workpiece has been analyzed by 3D rigid plastic FEM. Pressure distributions of the contact zone of a ring workpiece in rotary forging are in accordance with actual conditions, It is of great significace in conducting rotary forging ring forgings. |
