摘    要:目的 改进嗜水气单胞菌J-1株灭活疫苗的生产工艺,提高培养效率.方法 采用改良培养基和产毒素培养基,利用机械式通风搅拌培养J-1菌株.确定发酵培养时间,并比较两种培养基的培养效果;用摇瓶灭活和罐灭活J-1菌株培养液,比较不同浓度甲醛的灭活效果.结果 用机械搅拌发酵罐培养J-1菌株,菌体生长12~14 h达峰值,产毒素培...
