大学城可持续发展的理性思索

中国高等教育在全球语境下的发展，迫切要求高校提升内涵建设，扩大办学规模。大学城建设具有明显的经济效益和社会效益，但在建设过程中却存在着土地资源浪费严重、各高校蕴涵着巨大的金融风险、潜伏着“空壳化”隐患和无法实现教育资源共享等问题。为此，要推动大学城产、学、研一体化，大力发展民办教育，建立股份制学校，以保证大学城的可持续发展。

For this reason, we must promote the integration of production, teaching and research of the University City, develop vigorously private education, establish the joint - stock schools to ensure the sustainable development of the University City.
