| 摘 要： | 精英主义与平等主义对教育公正的认识不同，前者捍卫个人的自由，教育就在于个人基于能力的选择，注重精英的培养；后者要求教育向社会大众开放，使社会各阶层都能受到平等的教育，获得均等的发展机会。现实中的教育公正永远是在二者之间摇摆，谋求以减少极端为方向的平衡。

| Abstract: | Talentism＇ s understanding for educational justice is different from equalitarianism＇ s. The former defends individual freedom, and believes that education lies in the individual choice based on ability and the cultivation of the talent should be emphasized. The/atter hold that education should open to the masses so that the people on each level of the socienty can accept eqaul education and gain equal chance to develop. However the educational equality in reality always rocks between the tow and try to find a balance to reduce the extreme orientation. |
