| 摘 要： | 以闭塞模锻液压模架设计为例 ,重点介绍了闭塞模锻液压模架的结构形式、液压系统的设计和缸体结构的优化设计方法 ,并应用该模架进行了轿车等速万向节星形套闭塞模锻工艺试验。结果证明 ,该模架强度、刚度较好 ,工作稳定可靠。

| Abstract: | The hydraulic mouldshelf of closing mould forging,design of hydraulic pressure system and optimum design of cylinder body are introduced.This mouldshelf has been used in closing mould forging of star form case in equal speed universal coupling in cars.The experiment result shows that this mouldshelf is effective in the strength,rigidity and working stability. |
