| 摘 要： | 介绍了聚乳酸短纤维的生产工艺。生产中,干燥温度控制在120~130℃,选择转鼓干燥方式,使切片含水低于1.5×10-4;纺丝温度设定在200~230℃,纺丝速度控制在600~1300m/min,纺丝状况良好。

| Abstract: | The production process of PLA staple fiber was introduced. In the production, the drying temperature was controlled at 120~130 ℃ and tumble dryer was used in order to make moisture content of the chips lower than 1.5×10-4, spinning temperature and spinning speed were set at 200~230 ℃ and 600~ 1 300 m/min respectively. |
