| 摘 要： | 本文从新农村建设与农村宅基地使用权制度的关系出发,结合当前农村宅基地使用权制度体系的基本特征,通过实证调查分析我国农村宅基地使用权制度存在的问题,提出我国农村宅基地使用权制度创新的思路。
