数控技术在设计感应淬火机床中的应用

摘    要:LGY-500型数控感应淬火机床是数控技术与机床设计结合的机电设备。该设备采用最新的MCX314运动控制芯片并与机床数控系统相结合,有效地解决了对盘形零件非圆曲线轮廓表面等线速度加热淬火技术的难点,大大地拓宽了感应淬火工艺的应用范围.可采用通用的感应圈实现对各种复杂形状的凸轮工作表面等线速度加热淬火的目的,且零件表面质量均匀稳定,效率提高。

Abstract:Type LGY-500 NC induction hardening machine tool, with both CNC technology and machine tool design, is a typical mechanical and electrical product. This equipment combines the newest MCX314 motion control chips and the NC system of machine tool. It can effectively solve the problem of quenching non-circular surfaces in disk-shaped parts in the same line speed. This widens the applications of induction hardening. The NC technology can quenching a variety of complex shap parts in the same line speed,using the general induction loop. And the parts have a uniform and stable surface qtflity. So it can increase the productivity.
