丙烯酸糠醇酯树脂改性环氧灌浆材料的制备

摘    要:采用糠醇和丙烯酸进行酯化的方法合成一种新型呋喃树脂—丙烯酸糠醇酯树脂,并用此呋喃树脂对环氧树脂进行改性,得到了一种常温下可快速固化的灌浆材料。研究了单体配比、催化剂用量对反应结果的影响,确定合成丙烯酸糠醇酯树脂的最优条件,并用红外光谱证实了酯化物的结构,对丙烯酸糠醇酯树脂改性环氧灌浆材料的一些性能做了初步研究,并与糠醛丙酮树脂改性环氧浆材的性能做了比较。

Abstract:A new type of furfural resin named furfural alcohol acrylate resin was synthesized by way of esterification of furfural alcohol and acrylic acid.A grouting material that would quickly harden at ambient temperature could be obtained based on epoxy resin modified with this furfural resin.Effects of monomer mix proportion,catalyst content on reaction were studied,optimum conditions for synthesis of furfural alcohol acrylate resin were determined,structure of the esterified product was verified with FT-IR,initial study was carried out of some properties of the epoxy grouting material modified with furfural alcohol acrylate resin and comparisons were made with epoxy grouting material modified with furfural acetone resin.
