分析仪器在微生物鉴别中的应用进展

摘    要:随着微生物学、信息技术、光电技术和仪器制造业的发展,传统的微生物鉴定方法已不能满足现代科技对微生物鉴定要求,因此,色谱、质谱、光谱和DNA技术在微生物鉴定中的优势逐渐显现。本文介绍了气相色谱仪、高效液相色谱仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、拉曼光谱仪、基质辅助激光解析电离-飞行时间质谱仪五大现代分析仪器在微生物鉴定中的鉴定原理及应用进展,归纳了国内外科技工作者的主要研究成果,分析了各个仪器及方法的特点和优势,总结了利用现代分析仪器鉴定微生物的重要因素。

Abstract:With the development of the micobiology, Information technology, Optoelectronic technology and Equipment manufacturing industry, the traditional microbial identification methods could not meet the requirements of modern technology for microbial idenification.So the advantages of chromatography, mass spectrometry, spectroscopy and DNA technology in microbial identification is gradually appearing.This article described the principle of gas chromatography, high-performance liquid chromatography, Fourier transform-infrared spectoscopy, Raman spectroscopy and MALDI-TDF and application of microbial identification.Main research achievements of domestic and international of science and technology workers were generalized.The characteristics and advantages of the various instruments and methods were analyzed.The important factor in the use of modem analytical instrumentation to identify the microbe was Summarized.
