基于LS-DYNA的曲柄连杆式吸能防护装置设计

摘    要:本论文运用曲柄连杆的运动原理,并与吸能装置相结合,设计出了一种能够充分吸收碰撞能量并且可以有效防止追尾汽车钻撞的载货车后部防护装置。本装置可通过曲柄摆动、吸能杆收缩、装置的塑性变形等多个环节来实现吸能、防钻撞的目的,并通过ANSYS/LS—DYNA仿真软件对该装置进行碰撞分析,验证了该装置在一定速度碰撞范围内的可行性。曲柄连杆式吸能防护装置的设计分析为载货汽车后部防钴撞装置的研究提供了一个有价值的理论依据。

Abstract:This paper devised a way to fully absorb collision energy by using the crank rod movement principle and combining with energy-absorbing device.It can effectively prevent the back of the rear-end car truck under ride guards.The device can achieve the goal to absorb energy and prevent crash and collision by swinging the crank,contracting absorbing rod and molding and transforming devices.This paper carried out collision analysis of the device by ANSYS/LS-DYNA simulation software and verified the feasibility of the device in a certain speed of collision.The design and analysis of crank-link energy-absorbing shield device provide a valuable theoretical basis for the research of rear under run prevention device of van.
