原子荧光火焰法测定地质样品中微量金

摘    要:依据金的特性,在地质样品中含量低、测试成本高等建立了原子荧光火焰法测定地质样品中金的方法。试样经650—700℃灼烧,王水分解后,于王水(1+9)介质中用泡沫塑料富集Au,再采用硫脲溶液解脱,将试液吸入空气一液化石油气火焰中,用原子荧光光谱仪测定,金的含量在2.5—100ng/g内呈良好的线性,线性相关系数为0.9999(n=9),检出限为0.19ng/g,对40ng/g的金标准溶液进行测定,其相对标准偏差为0.15%(n=11)。该方法运用于地质样品中微量金的测定,结果令人满意。

Abstract:A method of the determination of Gold in Geology Sample by Atomic fluorescence spectrometry was studied in this paper.Geology Samples were dissolved by digestion chloroazotic acid system,were separated by foamed plastic,and were eluted with sulfocarbamide.The operating condition of the instrument was optimized.The detection limit was 0.19ng/g.The relative standard deviation (RSD,n= 11) for the determination was less then 0.13%.The results are satisfactory.
