TCDTO-1精制剂在芳烃装置上的工业应用

摘    要:介绍了TCDTO-1脱烯烃精制剂技术在中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司芳烃重整装置上的工业应用,工业应用表明,在反应温度(170~200)℃、质量空速(1.05~1.35)h-1、反应压力0.9 MPa和原料溴指数(1 200~2 000)mg Br·(100g)-1条件下,产品溴指数稳定在15 mg Br·(100g)-1以下,TCDTO-1精制剂具有优良的脱烯烃性能,同时C8芳烃收率略有提高,TCDTO-1精制剂单程寿命相当于白土14倍,更换周期延长,而且多次再生后的TCDTO-1精制剂与新鲜剂活性相当,再生回收的精制剂可成功代替白土,既能提高脱烯烃装置效率和后续吸附分离装置稳定性,还可以减少白土废弃物排放量。

Abstract:The commercial application of TCDTO-1 de-olefin catalyst in aromatic unit was investigated.The results showed thatthe product bromine index maintained below 15 mg Br·(100g)-1 for long time under the condition as follows:reaction pressure 0.9 MPa,reaction temperature (170-200) ℃,space velocity (1.05-1.35) h-1 and raw material bromine index (1 200-2 000) mg Br·(100g)-1.TCDTO-1 catalyst exhibited excellent catalytic performance and its one-way lifetime was 14 times of clay life span.The yield of C8 aromatic in the product slightly increased over TCDTO-1 catalyst.Regenerated TCDTO-1 catalysts showed the same excellent catalytic activity compared with the fresh catalyst.The application of TCDTO-1 catalysts in reforming unit would improve the de-olefin unit efficiency and the unit stability of adsorption and separation,and reduce clay waste emissions.
