古为今用、推陈出新的旧城改造模式——以广州荔枝湾文化休闲区规划为例

以广州荔枝湾文化休闲区改造规划项目为例,对岭南旧城的水乡形态及商住共享的传统街区格局,提出"古为今用,推陈出新"的设计理念,使旧城的历史街区改造不仅停留在保护层面上,还能通过功能空间的再利用,从保护型改造模式转向以实现社会效益、经济效益、文化传承为目的的发展型改造模式,从中探讨岭南旧城历史街区的改造复兴之道。

URBAN REDEVELOPMENT MODE THAT MAKES THE PAST SERVE THE PRESENT AND BRINGS FORTH THE NEW FROM THE OLD:A CASE STUDY ON RENOVATION PLANNING OF LITCHI BAY CULTURAL AND RECREATIONAL AREA OF GUANGZHOU

Through the case study on the renovation planning project of Guangzhou Litchi Bay Cultural and Recreational Area,this paper puts forward the design idea of "making the past serve the present and bringing forth the new from the old" for the traditional street pattern of water towns and the shared residential and commercial environment in the old city of Lingnan,which tries to renovate the historic districts not only at a protective level,but also from the perspective of functional space re-utilization,so as to transform the renovation mode from the protective one to the developmental one that aims at achieving social benefits,economic benefits,and cultural continuity.
