| 摘 要： | 闪变作为评定电能质量的重要指标,能更直接、更迅速地反映出电网的供电质量。根据IEC设计规范,设计了电压波动和闪变检测的各环节。借助Matlab接口技术,通过在VC 环境下生成动态链接库,实现VB和Matlab的混合编程。最终混合编程检测软件、数据采集卡、电压互感器电路共同完成对电网三相电压波动和闪变的检测。

| Abstract: | As an important index to assess the energy quality, voltage flicker reflects the power supply quality more directly and quickly. In this paper, the stages of the voltage fluctuation and flicker are designed based on IEC specification. With Matlab interface technology and the DLL produced in VC environment, the combining programming of VB and Matlab is realized. Finally, combining programming measurement software together with data-requiring card and potential transformer circuit complete the measurement of three-phase voltage fluctuation and flicker. |
