泡沫-EPS保温砂浆的最佳配比及其性能研究

摘    要:泡沫-EPS保温砂浆是以聚苯乙烯(EPS)颗粒和大量微气泡配制而成。该保温砂浆保温性能优良,施工和易性好,成本较低,可用于建筑外墙保温。研究分析了丙烯酸乳液、纤维素醚、EPS及气泡量对泡沫-EPS保温砂浆性能的影响。研究了泡沫-EPS保温砂浆的导热系数与干密度的关系。

Abstract:Foamed EPS thermal insulation mortar is made from polystyrene (EPS) grain and large amount of micro-bubbles.It can be used for building exterior wall thermal insulation owing to its excellent thermal insulation, good construction workability and low cost.The influence of acrylic acid emulsion,cellulose ether,EPS and bubble amount on property of foamed EPS thermal insulation mortar are studied and analyzed.The relationship between coefficient of thermal transmission and dry density of foamed EPS thermal insulation mortar is also researched.
