| 摘 要： | 企业在实施ERP的过程中，往往将ERP的实施当成开发商的工作，忽视了企业与开发商之间的合作对成功实施ERP的重要影响，制约了ERP系统的实施。本文在企业自行开发ERP的过程中，从企业和开发商合作的角度出发，分析了ERP实施过程中可能存在的各种风险和相应的风险控制策略，有助于企业降低风险、快速实施ERP系统。

| Abstract: | While implementing ERP, enterprises take ERP's implementation as the developer's work,and overlook the great influence of the cooperation between the enterprise and developer, which restricts implementing ERP successfully. The risk of self-developing modes and some relevant risk control strategies from the cooperation position of enterprise and developer are proposed. And it would be helpful for enterprises to implement ERP system faster with lower risk. |
