GIS壳体三通口成形的数值模拟及参数优化

摘    要:采用Dynaform软件,探索GIS壳体三通口在成形过程中压边力、预开椭圆孔长短轴之比、凹模圆角半径和模具间隙对GIS壳体三通口翻边成形的影响规律。应用正交实验方法进行数值模拟,优化三通口冲压成形的模具理想参数和最优拉深工艺参数。把优化参数后的数值模拟的成形厚度变化规律同实验进行比较,两者结果一致,成形后最小厚度提高3.2%。数值模拟结果可以为GIS壳体在实际的生产中提供一定的理论依据。
