摘    要:低温燃烧合成(LCS)是一种制备材料的新方法,近年来得到广泛研究并应用。它是一种剧烈的氧化还原反应,氧化剂常用硝酸盐或高氯酸盐,还原剂常用有机物。LCS点火温度低(300~500℃),燃烧火焰温度较低,能简便、快捷地生成氧化物或复合氧化物超细粉体,在一定程度上,有效地克服了SHS工艺可控性较差、能耗高、合成的粉体粒度较粗等不足.

Abstract:In recent years,Low-temperature combustion synthesis(LCS) have been studied and applied extensively which is a new method for preparation of materials.It is a violent oxidation-reduction reaction.Oxidant commonly used nitrate or high chlorine salts,reducing agent commonly used organic materials.LCS ignition temperature is low(300 ~ 500 ℃),oxide or complex oxide ultra-fine powder can be obtained conveniently and quickly with low flame temperature.To a certain extent,it overcomes the poor control of the SHS Process,high energy consumption and sustain of the synthesis of coarse particle.
