| 摘 要： | 随着住宅施工逐步由传统方法向创新方法转变，工业化和预制装配化得到广泛应用，以工效研究为基础，分析了高层住宅施工中三种典型施工方案，对各方案的主要工序搭接进行了剖析，与第一种施工方案（8d循环）相比较，第二种施工方案(6d循环）由于采用半预制楼板，其安装时间和混凝土浇注时间相应缩短，第三种方案（4d循环）是在第二种方案上增加塔吊，此外，对三种方案的塔中使用效率进行了调查，研究表明，创新技术的采用为缩短施工工期得到了积极的作用。

| Abstract: | With the development of innovative construction technologies,industrialization and prefabrication will be extensively applied.Three typical construction schedules were investigated for high-rise housing.Main activities of the three construction schedules were analyzed.In Comparison with Schedule1(8-day cycle),the time of installation and concreting in Schedule2(6-day cycle)is shortened by adopting semi-slabs.On the ba-sis of Schedule2,the input of tower crane is increased in Scheme 3(4-day cycle).In addition,the efficiencies of tower crane in these schemes are examined.The results show that applications of innovative construction technologies help shortening of construction time. |
